This is a ‘hands-on, roll up your sleeves’ kinda role within the Marketing team, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager to execute on the greater marketing strategy. We’re a small team who doesn't rely on agency support so you will need to be adaptable to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Skills and Strengths:
You understand how to develop, build and optimise the digital marketing strategy across the customer journey using multi-channel techniques across paid social, display, SEO/SEM and affiliates
You create comprehensive reports and analytical projects to leverage future campaign strategy and improve campaign performance
You have an ability to identify actionable insights from various data sources to report to key stakeholders
You thrive on nurturing the relationships with key external partners such as Facebook, Google, Rakuten and site-specific sponsorships
You’re driven to be first to market with any new ad technology and ahead of the game with social advertising
You prioritise obsessively and have deft time management skills
You take ownership of your work and are accountable to outcomes under pressure
4+ years experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience building out multi-channel digital strategies
Expert knowledge of; Google analytics, Google ads, paid social
Deep understanding of the importance of content marketing and video
Excellent analytical and project management skills
